"We," "us," "our," "organizer," "issuer," or "The Dominion" refers to the organizers and operators of The Dominion Congress 2026.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, possessing, allocating, or attempting to use a ticket for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the allocation of risk contained herein, you must not purchase a ticket or attempt to enter the Event venue.
3. Amendments
The Dominion reserves the right to modify, amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the official Event website. Any such changes shall be effective immediately and may apply retroactively to the date of ticket purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Ticket Pricing
All ticket prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
5. Nature of Ticket
Each ticket constitutes a revocable license granting the holder the right to attend the Event on the scheduled dates. This license may be revoked at the sole discretion of the organizer, at any time and without prior notice or compensation. In such cases, entry to the venue will be denied or revoked.
6. Authorized Sales
Tickets for The Dominion Congress 2026 may only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the organizer. Tickets obtained through unauthorized sources may be void, counterfeit, or reported as stolen. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or invalidate such tickets without refund.
7. Non-Transferability and Non-Redeemability
Tickets may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other benefit, except as expressly stated in these Terms. Any resale or transfer may be restricted or prohibited at the organizer's discretion.
8. Enforcement and Decisions
The organizer reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions. In all such matters, the decision of the organizer shall be final and binding.
9. Delivery of Event Services
The Event service shall be deemed fully delivered once The Dominion Congress 2026 officially commences. From that point onward, no refund requests will be accepted.
10. Access Limitations
Inability to access any portion of the venue or Event programming due to delays, security measures, government regulations, weather conditions, emergencies, venue evacuation, or organizer policies does not entitle the ticket holder to any refund or credit.
11. Event Cancellation
If the Event is cancelled in its entirety, the organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to:
Reschedule the Event;
Issue a partial or full refund; or
Issue no refund.
All such decisions shall be final, subject to applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
If the Event is affected, postponed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, public health measures, government orders, labour disputes, acts of war, or production delays — the organizer may, at its discretion, reschedule the Event, offer a refund, or provide a comparable alternative.
13. Rescheduling and Refunds
If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new dates and no refunds will be issued solely due to rescheduling.
If the Event is fully cancelled and a refund is issued, refunds will be limited to the face value of the ticket only. Fees related to processing, handling, shipping, or similar charges are non-refundable.
14. Currency and Exchange Rates
Any losses incurred due to currency exchange fluctuations in connection with refunds shall be borne by the purchaser. The organizer assumes no responsibility for such losses.
15. Final Sale
All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, cancellations, or returns will be permitted, except where required by applicable law.
16. Entry Requirements
All attendees must present a valid ticket and government-issued photo identification upon entry. By presenting identification, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.
17. Data Collection and Privacy
By attending the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information (including name, photograph, date of birth, and address) for identification, security, and operational purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Ontario and Canada.
18. Waiver of Claims
You agree to waive any claims relating to surcharges, fees, or incidental costs, whether in whole or in part, except as required by law.
19. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The organizer shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or theft occurring at or in connection with the Event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20. Conduct Policy
The Event maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward prohibited items, illegal substances, and conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, lewd, or obscene. Any attendee found in violation of this policy may be removed from the Event immediately without refund, and their ticket may be rendered void.
21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Tickets are purchased voluntarily. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in ticket cancellation without refund and potential exclusion from future events.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, the organizer may require the matter to be submitted to an independent third-party mediator or arbiter, where permitted by law.
